      Did it! I dumped the whole text! Yes! Thanks to
      `Bongo's table it was a truly easy job..now let's
      see what Hector thinks about it. Yes! It's about
      680 KB of text (with tags).

      Even a greater surprise!
      It looks like the code used for some operations
      is THE SAME as the one used in Arabian Nights!!
      So all I have to do now is see if the format of
      the data used is the same. In that case...!!

      Surprise, surprise!!! 
      The rom should be interleaved but actually isnt!!
      That was the main reason for the problems i had
      with the ips patch!! Now they seem to work 
      flawless and with no troubles at all....it looks
      like `bongo got some more work done than a simple
      text box hack....
      Thanks to Lakmir (aka Ghideon Zhi) for the great
      advice! ^^

      I forgot to write here! Damn, i have so many 
      diaries to keep track of i just loose the pace!!
      Anyway, i got the whole work ´Bongo did on the 
      Windows hack by mail. It has to be reverse en-
      gineered because he worked on a bad dump of the
      ROM and so every patch addres isn't at its right
      place...

      I sent a mail out to ´Bongo, who should had made
      (source information courtesy of Shih Tzu) some 
      major window hacking work on the game, we hope
      to get any response sometimes soon....Anyway,
      the project looks _very_ interesting to me.
      If ´Bongo doesn't answer, I'll take the time off 
      my side to crack those windows in the right
      orientation ^^.

      Started by tracing down the Intro and the first
      dialogs window. Got the first decompression 
      routine and the BG3 text layer handling routine.
      It seems like it uses technologies already seen
      somewhere else....which makes the whole dumping
      alot easier. Tada.
      Traced down the routines responsable for the
      Text window building....we'll have to get that
      one on top,else all of our work will be useless.
